Key Responsibilities
·
Audit Execution: Independently lead and execute statutory audits across various
sectors in compliance with applicable standards and regulations (Ind AS,
Companies Act, etc.).

Planning & Strategy: Prepare audit plans, risk assessments, timelines, and resource
allocation strategies.
·
Team Management: Guide and mentor audit teams, review work, provide technical
support, and ensure timely delivery.
·
Client Relationship
Management: Serve as the key point of contact for
clients, ensuring smooth coordination and satisfaction throughout the
engagement.
·
Business Development: Identify and pursue new audit and assurance opportunities. Support
partners in proposals, pitches, and client onboarding.
·
Regulatory Compliance &
Reporting: Ensure adherence to applicable
accounting and auditing standards. Prepare and review audit reports, financial
statements, and related documentation.
·
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improving audit methodologies and internal
processes for greater efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
·
Qualified Chartered Accountant
with 4–8 years of relevant experience in statutory audits.
·
Strong knowledge of Ind AS,
Companies Act, CARO, and other relevant statutes and regulations.
·
Experience in managing
statutory audits end-to-end for mid to large-sized companies.
·
Excellent communication,
analytical, and interpersonal skills.
·
Demonstrated ability in
business development or client servicing is a strong plus.
·
Leadership qualities and team
management experience preferred.
