Z-3137 | Bid Manager / Presales Lead

Job description:

·        Experience/knowledge in RFP /Bidding and GeM tendering in Government project

·        Experience in pre-sales/bid management/sales enablement

·        Must have experience in reading/understanding RFP Contract technologies, risks

·        Interaction with vendors and partners and co-ordinate for technical and commercial documents

·        Proven abilities in participating in various RFP, Government projects and Tenders

·        Should have technical knowledge on IT / ICT projects and Data centre

·        Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement

·        Able to create the business proposal and other documents as required by a potential client

·        Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations

·        Assuring client satisfaction and service quality norms.

·        Lead Conversion and Client negotiation as accordingly.

·        Knowledge of bidding portals

·        Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing,

·        Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.

·        A good Business sense and time management and presentation skills required.

·        Ability to analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for same

·        Industry exposure in any of these verticals – Government, Education, School, Defence, e-Governance, ULBs etc.
