We are seeking a highly skilled RM - Closing Manager with expertise in luxury sales within the dynamic real estate markets of Dubai and India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing high-value deals, cultivating relationships with discerning clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to success. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The RM - Closing Manager will leverage their extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate landscape to identify opportunities, drive sales initiatives, and exceed revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in closing complex deals.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
•Experience working in international sales and relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry, is a must. Preferably developer/Consultancy background
Minimum of 2/4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
•Well versed in sales software and CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
•Understanding of legal and financial procedures related to international/India sales and investments.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more other languages
•Ability to travel internationally as needed.
