We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving our revenue targets by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Retention and Customer Relationships

Pipeline Management
Ensure a robust pipeline of prospects by consistently following up on leads and engaging with potential clients.
Regularly update sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
Productivity and Reporting
Track daily sales activities and provide accurate reports on progress and performance.
Maintain and update CRM records promptly and ensure data accuracy.
Share product and solution-based quotes with customers in a timely manner.
