Job Description:
"Chartered Accountants" with 3-5 years of relevant tax and regulatory experience in Private Equity tax and regulatory / Deals tax and regulatory/ Financial Service Tax and Regulatory Compliance departments) to join our team as an Associate Principal within our FS/ Deals tax and Regulatory practice
The area of work exposure would revolve around Income-tax advisory, Regulatory advisory, Regulatory compliances and registrations related to various SEBI and IFSC Regulations (like AIF/ PMS/ etc.), Transaction advisory on deals (buy side/ sell side), Applications to regulatory authorities (IFSC/SEBI/RBI), Income-tax litigations (assessments, reassessments, appeals), Jurisdictional analysis for foreign investment into India, Offshore fund structuring, etc.
