Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead offline marketing initiatives
and drive retail growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our brand
presence through EBOs, activations, campaigns, and retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Expansion:
Plan and execute Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across target cities.
o Identify potential locations and manage end-to-end setup.
Offline Marketing & Activations:
Drive execution of hoardings, kiosks, in-store branding, awareness campaigns,
and events.
o Collaborate with vendors and creative partners for seamless rollouts.
Channel Development:
Explore and onboard Large Format Retail (LFR) and additional retail channels
to enhance market reach.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead seasonal offline campaigns and brand activations aligned with strategic
objectives.
Track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of each initiative.
Cross-functional Coordination:
o Work closely with product, digital, design, and sales teams to ensure brand
consistency across platforms.
