Job Description:

Job Description– Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect Identification & Relationship Building: • Identify prospective clients in targeted industry sectors (e.g., Marketing Agencies specializing in BTL Activities, Digital Marketing Firms, SaaS Companies, Consultancies specializing in Channel and Trade Marketing). • Manage initial contact, build relationships with key contacts, and proactively support closing agreements to secure profitable revenue. 2. Market Research & Client Needs Analysis: Research and understand potential client needs, converting them into powerful and inspiring briefs. 3. New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through existing clients, research, prospecting, and networking. 4. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating complex offerings. 5. Account Management: Maintain and expand business relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction. 6. Internal Collaboration: Support the development of presentations and business development tools, collaborating with internal teams to align on strategies and execution.




Skills:

Qualifications & Characteristics: A highly reliable individual with enthusiasm, service orientation, and attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce; an MBA in Marketing is an advantage. • At least 4 years of successful consultative sales experience, particularly in promoting and selling. • Proven experience in identifying and targeting potential clients, especially within FMCG/FMCG sectors. • Experience managing and closing intricate sales involving multiple decision-makers. • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing complex offerings. • Proficiency in creating sales and marketing materials and presenting in public. • High motivation, intelligence, and expert interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). • Availability for domestic travel (up to 50%). • Basic knowledge of the FMCG industry, including market dynamics, key players, distribution channels, and government agencies critical to effective anti-fake programs. • Experience in the Loyalty/Brand rewards industry is highly desirable.
