Maintain the Directors’ agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc
• Scheduling appointments, managing calendar, and sending reminders as well as setting up meetings / invites as required
• Co-ordinate and ensure that all the MIS reaches the Directors’ office on time • Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of Directors, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute content to appropriate staff
• Take notes or minutes of various meetings as and when required
• Support in achievement & maintenance of various process certifications & organizational certifications as per business requirements
• Support day to day business functions of directors
• File and maintain all the important document, data and contacts
• Support other business functions such as Finance / HR / Any other technical functions or teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors
• Plan travel arrangements for directors
• Manage travel expenses & related documentation
• Be a point of contract for travel management of employees on tour & external agencies
• Liaise with internal departments, team members

• Extensive knowledge of office administration and record keeping systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentations, reporting tools etc.
