Organizing Corporate Finance from Bankers/Investors and Financial Institutions
Ability to raise funds through different channels such as Debt or Equity
Conduct industry research, craft detailed financial plans and Financial assessments, perform valuation analyses, and provide risk-benefit recommendations
Posses the skills of financial analyses, statistics and modeling techniques to provide guidance and advice on investment-related decisions to find an investment banker,
Verify the completeness and accuracy of financial documents and transactions, P
Preparation of project feasibility report & project proposal and present it to Banker’s/Investor.
Prepare Project wise budget plans, rationalize expenditures and investments, and manage cash flow (accounts receivable/accounts payable)
evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities in relation to finance activities
Preparation of Budgets, Funds Flows and Cash Flows for Projects, organization’s fiscal cycle (monthly/quarterly reports, tax season, yearend forecasts, etc.)
Liaising with Investors’/Business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals
Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
Posses Financial Due diligence skills & presentation of Financial Reports & MIS.
