Job Description :

About Position: 

We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain information and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

To be successful as a telecaller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.

Duties and Responsibilities Summary:

  • Business development to identify new investors and clients.
  • The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
  • Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
  • Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
  • Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of listings.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
  • Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

Skills :

  • Proven sales experience is preferred.
  • Well-presented and a good work ethics.Has excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
  • Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.
