• Certification in financial products (e.g., AMFI, IRDA, NISM) will be an advantage.

Job Description:
1. Sales and Business Development
o Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking,
and market research.
o Promote and sell financial products including Unlisted Shares, Mutual Funds,
Startup Investments, and Insurance to retail and institutional clients.
o Develop a deep understanding of each financial product to explain benefits
and risks to prospective customers.
o Develop a team of Channel Partners to build a pipeline of potential leads.
2. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding
their financial needs and objectives.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and
personalized service.
o Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient
manner.
3. Market Analysis and Product Knowledge
o Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes
affecting financial products.
o Keep up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products to position offerings
effectively.
4. Sales Strategy Execution
o Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
o Create tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
5. Reporting and Compliance
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue
achievements.
o Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and internal policies when
dealing with financial products.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Sound understanding of financial markets and investment products (Mutual Funds,
