Job Description:
1. Sales Leadership and Strategy
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives across
real estate and financial product portfolios.
o Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team.
o Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies
accordingly.
2. Team Management
o Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
o Provide regular coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
o Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies to enhance team
productivity.
3. Sales Execution
o Lead by example by directly engaging with high-value clients to sell
properties in Hyderabad and Dubai, as well as financial products.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of
satisfaction and loyalty.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional
events.
4. Real Estate Sales
o Showcase expertise in the Hyderabad and Dubai property markets to provide
clients with tailored real estate investment solutions.
o Conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and presentations to prospective
buyers.
o Negotiate terms and close real estate transactions with clients.
5. Financial Products Sales
o Educate clients about financial products such as Unlisted Shares, Mutual
Funds, Startup Investments, and Insurance.
o Design customized financial plans for clients based on their investment
objectives and risk appetite.
o Stay updated on regulatory changes, market conditions, and competitor
offerings in financial products.
6. Reporting and Compliance
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and performance
metrics.
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies when
handling financial transactions.
o Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales
performance and market trends.
