Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
? Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
? Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
? Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring
exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
? Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry
trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
? Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify
areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
? Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales
team to enhance their skills and performance.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to
ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
? Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications
? Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in
the real estate industry.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is a plus.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
? Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
