Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones for real estate construction projects using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    • Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
  2. Resource Planning:
    • Analyze project resource requirements, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
    • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure resource availability.
  3. Monitoring and Progress Tracking:
    • Track and monitor project progress against the baseline schedule.
    • Identify delays, critical paths, and potential risks, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  4. Coordination and Communication:
    • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
    • Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
    • Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines and resource utilization.
  6. Cost Control:
    • Assist in budget preparation and ensure alignment of costs with the project schedule.
    • Monitor cost variance and provide insights for financial control.
  7. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks impacting the project timeline and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure that contingency plans are in place for schedule-critical activities.
  8. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of project plans, schedules, and revisions.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards during planning and execution phases.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project planning within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-rise or large-scale real estate projects.
  • Familiarity with cost control techniques and project risk management.
