Mode of working - Remote (Work from home)

Salary Range - 10K to 15K 

Office Timing : 09:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday), Sunday Weekly Off.

Job Description :

Responsibilities / Profile

Customer Support Associate / Executive. Responsibilities include interacting with customers through telephone for support / sales related queries, billing / invoicing / renewals related assistance to customers etc.

At present the requirement is to work remotely, therefore candidates will be required to have a resonably good configuration laptop / computer and an internet connection with good speed. However candidates would be required to report to office after 3-6 months.

Need someone who can handle basic accounting and wouldn't mind taking up like answering basic support or sales related queries
So the role could involve
1) Accounts / Payment related follow up reminders, creating pending accounts statements
2) Answering basic support related emails / or sales related negotiations and replies to customers.

This is more of a functional admin roles with no fixed department, it can be mix of three.

Skills :

Prerequisites / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Computers is a must. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, ability to communicate through email and fluency in communication in English / Hindi.

Training:
Training of technical knowledge required to support customers for the services shall be provided, however basic knowledge as mentioned above is a must.
