Job Summary:
As the Program Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expanding the program, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the seamless operation of meal distribution in hospitals. This role involves collaboration with government stakeholders, enhancing donor experiences, and overseeing the hygiene and welfare of the distribution staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Expansion:

• Identify opportunities for expanding the Swasthya Ahara program to additional hospitals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase meal counts and reach more beneficiaries.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Foster and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and officers in the social welfare department.
• Collaborate closely with hospital authorities to facilitate program growth and address any concerns.

Donor Experience Enhancement:

• Work on strategies to enhance the experience for donors visiting hospitals during meal distribution.
• Provide regular updates to donors on the impact and progress of the program.

Manpower Management:

• Ensure adequate staffing levels in hospitals to efficiently serve meals to beneficiaries.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and well-being of the on-site teams involved in meal distribution.

Hygiene and Timely Payments:

• Monitor and enforce hygiene standards among food distribution staff.
• Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of the distribution staff.
