Job Description :

  • Define successful metrics for marketing efforts and communicating performance in a timely manner
  • Participate in the development, sell - in and execution of new promotional oportunities at retail
  • Develop sell sheets as needed
  • Evaluate display opportunities and work with field sales team to negotiate the best display positioning 
  • Paid Search - managing our paid search team as a part of a holistic marketing strategy
  • Email Marketing - managing the strategy and execution of our email marketing efforts
  • SEO - Managing both the strategy and execution of SEO
  • Marketplace Services - managing our marketplace team as a part of a holistic marketing strategy
  • Creative Turnover - as the marketing manager you will be responsible for producing creative briefs for the creative team and weighing in on the routing process to keep creative aligned with marketing strategy
  • Advise authors on building and optimizing their social media presence and overall platform
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows , working with developers , advertisers and production managers to market products and services
  • Develop pricing strategies , balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction

Skills :

  • Write creative and messaging briefs , engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaigns
  • Oversee budget development , management and tracking for all programs 
  • Manage vendor relationships,contracts and service providers
  • Experience in integrated marketing, managing , growing and optimizing awareness,user acquisition and conversation campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking systems with proven abilities to compile, analyze and makes recommendations based on performance data and metrics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a part of a fast pace team
