Job Summary:
As a Sales
Engineer it will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and
developing new business opportunities within the valves manufacturing industry.
This role requires a deep understanding of valves manufacturing processes,
products, and market trends, as well as the ability to effectively communicate
technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Sales
Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide
tailored solutions that meet their requirements, while also working with
internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.
Note- Candidate should be from valve manufacturing
domain.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Business
Development:
- Identify and target potential
customers in key markets, including automotive, aerospace, construction,
and industrial manufacturing.
- Develop and execute sales
strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat
business and customer loyalty.
- Technical Knowledge & Consultation
and Support :
- Should
have Technical Knowledge and material identification of valves
manufacturing.
- Provide technical expertise and
support to customers during the sales process, including product
selection, application advice, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering and
production teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer
specifications and requirements.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry
trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to
identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product
development team regarding market demand and potential product
enhancements.
- Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present technical
proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions
with customers to close deals and ensure profitable sales.
- Monitor the progress of sales
projects and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up on leads, inquiries,
and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and
issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the
production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure that customer
orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Provide feedback to the R&D
team on customer needs and potential product improvements.
- Participate in trade shows,
industry conferences, and networking events to promote the company and
its products.
