There is no branch on above locations so candidate will go to field work and then back home and report to the concerned branch daily on calls and VCs or whatever prescribed method.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site individual contributor role based in Mumbai Suburbs, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in Maharashtra. As a Sales Manager at our MSME-focused NBFC, you will be responsible for driving the sales of secured Business Loans (ticket size up to ?10 lakhs) and Secured Loans like Loan Against Property (LAP) or Loan Against Machinery (ticket size up to ?25 lakhs).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and sourcing potential MSME clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and lending partners.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client queries.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales of lending products to MSMEs (secured loans).
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with knowledge of credit and underwriting processes.
  3. Strong understanding of secured business loans across various sectors.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to negotiate and close deals with customers, lending partners, and co-lenders.
  6. Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
