Job Description :

Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive at our office in Surat. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our presence on marketplaces -


- Product listing on marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata Cliq etc.)
- Updating discounts and prices
- Queries resolution
- Improving visibility and growth on marketplaces
- Raising queries and claims, when needed

- Use data-driven insights to optimize the ecommerce strategy and drive business growth.

Skills :

 

  • KNOWLEDGE OF HANDING E-COM DEPT.
  • FOLLOW UP ORDERS TILL EXECUTION.
  • COLLECTING FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER. 

Qualifications

  1. E-commerce experience
  2. Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry, with a focus on lingerie or activewear.
  3. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
