Role Description: This is a
full-time on-site individual contributor role for Mumbai Suburbs, Tier 2 and
Tier 3 cities in Maharashtra and Gujrat. As a Sales Manager at our MSME focused
NBFC, you need to be a local resident and will be responsible for managing and
growing the sales of Unsecured business loans and Secured Business loans like LAP
or Loan against machinery. You will develop and execute strategies to cold
call, identify and source potential clients in MSME category, build, maintain
relationships and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will provide
exceptional customer service, analyze market trends, and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure portfolio
performance and quality.
Qualifications
1. Prior experience (2-4 Years) in sales of Lending
Products to MSMEs in unsecured and secured category
2. ?Proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working knowledge of
Credit and underwriting processes
3. ?Strong
knowledge of unsecured and secured business loans , term loans across Sectors
4. ?Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
5. ?Ability to
negotiate and close deals with Customers, Lending Partners and Co-Lenders as
well
6. ?Customer-focused
mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
7. ?Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
8. ?Self-motivated
and driven to achieve results
9. ?Proficiency
in MS Office and CRM software
