Role:
The person is responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market.
As the 'brand guardian', brand managers maintain brand integrity across all company marketing
initiatives and communications and may manage a portfolio of products.
The role offers an opportunity to be part of an accelerated 10X growth journey of one of India’s

Job Description:

  • Understand the potential consumer base and plan & conduct activations at different levels through various channels by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a brand activation calendar and track the company's BTL marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the Category and Sales to assure that BTL Strategies are followed with marketing goals and sales revenue targets.
  • Lead Brand communication for BTL activations for various products aligned with corporate.

Brand strategy

  • Manage BTL marketing actions to assure a suitable approach is in place to reach both brand and customer expectations.
  • Create & execute BTL marketing strategies for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, top of mind awareness & recall and brand consideration.

Skills :

External Skills & Expertise
1. MBA in marketing
2. At least 4years of experience in brand activation or marketing
3. Strong internal and external communication skills
4. Great understanding of marketing metrics and marketing performance reporting
5. Thorough understanding of omni-channel brand marketing practices
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
7. Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
