Job Description:
Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals.
• Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s.
• Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors.
• Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market, and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks.
• Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels, NPA sales and direct customer interaction.
• Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats.
