Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Infrastructure:
Manage IT infrastructure and servers, Administer Sophos Firewall and M365 admin
portal, Maintain system performance and updates.

2. Network Management:
Monitor network security and connectivity, Configure firewall policies and VPN access,
Optimize network performance.

3. End-User Support:
Resolve hardware and software issues, Manage user access and permissions, Provide
technical assistance and training.

4. Security and Compliance:
Implement security policies and controls as required for ISO 27001 compliance,
Monitor security incidents and alerts, Ensure compliance with standards.

5. Backup and Recovery:
Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
Regularly test and update backup systems to ensure data integrity.

6. Vendor Management:
Collaborate with technology vendors to procure IT equipment and services.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.

7. Inventory and Asset Management:
Track IT assets and licenses, Manage equipment lifecycle, Maintain accurate inventory
records.

Skills:

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of network and system administration.
-Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 admin portal and related services.
-Experience with Sophos Firewall administration and management.

Preferred Skills:
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems
Administrator (MCSA).
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g.Azure).
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Experience in IT asset and inventory management systems.
Strong vendor relationship management skills.
