Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Banking & Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will manage our daily banking operations, oversee treasury functions, and play a key role in optimizing our financial relationships and strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions.

2. Lead efforts in securing and managing various forms of financing, including term loans, working capital loans, and specialized financial instruments.

3. Oversee the issuance, management, and optimization of financial instruments such as Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Commercial Papers.

4. Coordinate and manage multiple / consortium banking arrangements.

5. Develop and implement strategies for effective cash flow management and working capital optimization.

6. Lead the preparation of financial projections, CMAs (Credit Monitoring Arrangements), and project reports for various stakeholders.

7. Manage foreign exchange operations, including FLCs (Foreign Letter of Credit) and buyer's credit arrangements.

8. Coordinate with credit rating agencies to secure and improve company ratings.

9. Oversee the preparation and submission of various financial reports to banks and management.

10. Implement and manage ERP modules related to finance and treasury operations.

11. Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for finance-related functions.

12. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies

13. Monitor cash flow and prepare comprehensive cash position reports

14. Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls for banking and treasury processes

15. Support the preparation of financial reports and audits

16. Stay updated on banking regulations and ensure compliance

17. Lead initiatives to optimize banking processes and implement new technologies
