Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to handle all post-loan disbursement activities. In this role, you will ensure smooth and efficient management of loan servicing, customer communications, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is critical for maintaining operational excellence and delivering superior service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Loan Servicing and Account Management:
    • Monitor and manage customer accounts post-loan disbursement, ensuring timely updates and error-free processing.
    • Maintain and reconcile loan portfolios, including EMI schedules, prepayments, and closures.
    • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of repayment schedules, statements, and NOCs (No Objection Certificates).
  2. Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
    • Act as the first point of contact for customers post-disbursement, addressing queries related to repayment, statements, and other servicing needs.
    • Handle escalations and resolve disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure that all post-disbursement activities comply with RBI regulations and internal policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all loan-related documents.
  4. Collection Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the collections team to monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Assist in implementing strategies for collections and recovery of delinquent accounts.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance post-loan disbursement processes, ensuring faster turnaround times and improved customer satisfaction.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to implement automation and efficiency-driven initiatives.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and share periodic reports on loan servicing metrics, repayment trends, and delinquency rates.
    • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  7. Additional Responsibilities:
    • During high volume months, assist in the processing of loan applications, from initial submission to disbursement, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in post-loan disbursement operations, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of loan servicing processes and systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
