Job Description:

  • Responsible for hiring for positions across all levels supporting the end-to-end recruiting
  • Consolidate and prioritize hiring needs and develop appropriate search strategy, talent engagement, and attraction, hiring processes, candidate experience, and stakeholder management
  • Provide insights on talent market, develop a pipeline, and ensure a seamless candidate experience through the process of hiring and onboarding
  • Support the candidates at every stage of the hiring process
  • Be an ambassador of company, understand and articulate our company vision, strategic direction, and role specifics, whilst building knowledge of our competitor ecosystem
  • Impeccable integrity and reputation
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and customer service orientation
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good aptitude with technology

Skills:

Good Communication

4 or more years of relevant experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited institution
2. Two or more years of relevant HR experience, primarily as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
3.Prior experience with a global offshoring workforce and exposure to best-in-class HR practices
