Z-3293 | Accounts Head

The Account Head will be responsible for leading the accounts and finance function of the organization. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preparing financial statements, managing audits, budgeting, and providing financial insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts and finance function of the company.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and processes.
• Manage statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, etc.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for business growth.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management for strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Manage payroll and employee reimbursement processes.
• Handle risk management and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks.
