RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Own the user experience of our products. Translate user needs and business objectives into designs that help our customers discover and study information easily.
Produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
Balance short-term needs with vision into the future. Explore ideas on how we can improve the product over the long term.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, partnering with product management and engineering to conceptualize, build, and ship highly usable products that customers love to use.
Use data to drive your design decisions. Extract answers from analytics as you are conducting studies or research
Work with visual designers to establish balance between usability and aesthetics
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience conceiving and iterating visually for web and mobile platforms.
Creating mockups and interactive prototypes.
Sketching mockups and interactive prototypes.
Review and assess usability, UX and product quality
Working with 3D and Motion Graphics.
Analyze research, feedback and constraints.
Understanding of web technologies like HTML & CSS.
Experience working with style guides and asset libraries.
