A leading manufacturer of industrial conveyor belts, including UV machine conveyor belts, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting our products in various industries, including packaging, food processing, metal stamping, agriculture harvesting and recycling, wood, and laundry and many more.Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base across targeted industries.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in various sectors, such as packaging, food processing, and metal stamping.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Lead Management and Conversion:
- Follow up on leads provided by the company, converting them into successful business deals.
- Conduct regular client meetings to present product offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Travel and Client Engagement:
- Travel for approximately 10 days each month to meet clients, conduct marketing activities, and attend industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to help clients understand the value of our products.
Communication and Negotiation:
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convince and influence clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in industrial products or manufacturing.
