    Job Description:

    A leading manufacturer of industrial conveyor belts, including UV machine conveyor belts, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting our products in various industries, including packaging, food processing, metal stamping, agriculture harvesting and recycling, wood, and laundry and many more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research and Strategy Development:

      • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
      • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base across targeted industries.
    2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in various sectors, such as packaging, food processing, and metal stamping.
      • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
    3. Lead Management and Conversion:

      • Follow up on leads provided by the company, converting them into successful business deals.
      • Conduct regular client meetings to present product offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales.
    4. Travel and Client Engagement:

      • Travel for approximately 10 days each month to meet clients, conduct marketing activities, and attend industry events.
      • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to help clients understand the value of our products.
    5. Communication and Negotiation:

      • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convince and influence clients.
      • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.


    Skills:

    Qualifications:

    1. Experience:

      • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in industrial products or manufacturing.
    2. Skills:

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    3. Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    4. Other Requirements:

      • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and marketing activities.
      • Familiarity with the packaging, food processing, or related industries is a plus
