• Hands-on approach and good in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Should be well versed with various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, times job, etc.
• Handling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Shortlisting, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database.
• Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis
• Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities.
• Organize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (arranging refreshments, etc) and support the team in the preparation of information, etc.
• Organize and prioritize the commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively.
• Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers.
• Grievance handling of employees and support taking disciplinary action where required.
• Designing & updating the training manuals / individual training records of employees, assisting the organization to achieve their set targets within the stipulated time limit.
• Administer and ensure timely completion the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees on a yearly basis.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ Documents/ Certificates to employees in consultation with the management.
• Assisting the Directors with any kind of bookings, visa applications, Conference registrations, meetings, or any kind of assistive role as required.
• Handling admin tasks like managing office stationery, IT requirements, employee reimbursements, and any other admin-related functions.
