Job Description :

Responsible for periodic HR metrics' reporting and presentations for the top leadership.

Significantly contributing in automating periodic deliverables Special focus on analytics around: HR Dashboards, Recruitment Analytics, Benefits Analysis, Attrition report (yearly , center wise ,city wise quarterly, monthly), HC summary, Leave Analytics, Employee Division , Tenure summary, Training Analytics
Attend to Adhoc HR data requests and metrices


Qualification :

18, 38

Skills :

1. Graduate degree in HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday)..
Data analysis (Excel, SQL, Python)
Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
