Dynamic and result-oriented individual with 8 to 10 years of experience in end to end Non IT recruitment who hires for Sales ? Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, and closing. ? Possess Strong sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. ?  Responsible, loyal, reliable, and independent worker with high level of enthusiasm and creativity. ? Self-motivated professional who achieves results by being flexible and has superior ability to coordinate & perform several projects simultaneously.

Skills :

Involved in end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Contract/ Temporary). • Understanding the requirements of the position in detail. • Tapping various recruitment sources like databases, job portals, networking for sourcing candidate profiles. • Conducting initial screening of resumes to check for candidateposition match based on work experience, qualifications etc. • Searching best candidates who fit the requirement from job portals and various sources. • Explaining the candidates about the openings, its growth prospects and details. • Convincing and guiding them to the best-matched jobs. • Conducting telephonic interviews to assess the candidates’ suitability for the requirement. • Ensuring resumes of the short listed candidates are presented to clients in structured formats. • Scheduling the candidates for an inperson interview with the client. • Ensuring closure of positions within target hire date through rigorous follow-ups and coordination with the client. • Maintaining and updating status of all ongoing positions (status of interviews, candidates shortlisted for various rounds etc). • Working collaboratively in a team to facilitate the recruitment process. • Negotiating with the candidates on work location, interview and joining date, and expected salary. • Building rapport with the candidates for generating references and head hunting. • Handling the Joining formalities of New Employees
