Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-Calling Representative to contribute in generating clients for
our company. You will be responsible for converting clients over the phone and maintaining good
customer relationships.
An effective telecalling representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people
skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with enquires
and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business.
You should play receptionist roll as well.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Contact clients from given data to inform them about our service.
2. Answer questions about service or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand client’s requirements.
4. Direct prospects to the Sales team when needed.
5. Enter and update client’s information in the database.
6. Take and process clients in an accurate manner.
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation.
8. Keep records of calls and note important information.
9. You should play receptionist roll as well.
 

Qualification :

Skills :

Proven experience as Tele-calling representative.
1. Good knowledge of relevant computer
2. Ability to learn about services and describe explain them to prospects
3. Excellent knowledge of English
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Cool - tempered and able to handle rejection
6. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
7. Additional language will be a plus
