Key Responsibilities:
? Order Management:
Handle the complete order lifecycle — from order confirmation, sampling,
production follow-up, to final delivery.
? Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers/customers. Handle inquiries, share
order updates, and maintain clear and professional communication.
? Production Coordination:
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely completion
and dispatch of orders.
? Documentation:
Prepare and maintain order-related documents including POs, T&A, invoices, packing
lists, and shipping documents.
? Follow-up & Monitoring:
Closely monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays. Ensure
adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
? Market & Trend Understanding:
Keep updated with industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to
offer relevant solutions.
