We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Account Manager to build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients like Savills, Mitsubishi Electric, Alfa Laval, and SIEMENS
Work towards building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Account Strategy and Growth
Develop strategic account plans to expand client relationships and drive account growth in staff augmentation and fixed-price projects
Collaborate with internal teams to propose new solutions, upselling services, and cross-sell complementary offerings.

Service Delivery Oversight
Ensure successful delivery of fixed-price projects and extended staff engagements, meeting client quality and timeline expectations
Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives

Revenue Management
Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts through effective planning and execution of growth strategies.
Forecast business opportunities and contribute to strategic revenue planning for the organization

Problem Resolution and Risk Mitigation
Identify and resolve client concerns proactively, maintaining client satisfaction and trust
Anticipate project risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth service delivery

Reporting and Communication
Provide detailed and regular updates to clients on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
Communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and senior management to align on account strategies

Key Enterprise Engagement Responsibilities
Align client goals with the company’s capabilities, focusing on extending staff engagements or fixed-price projects
Drive discussions to transition from staff augmentation to high-value fixed-price solutions where possible.
