- Exposure to various IT & Non IT Technologies, Domains and Functional areas
- VMS/MSP US Staffing experience
- Experience in managing large teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive concepts from sourcing to Recruiting
- Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills manage multiple resources
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations

A self-motivated Resource Development Manager to support and grow our Recruiting Teams. The main responsibilities will include managing the growth and productivity of a group of recruiters. The incumbent will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible to improve recruiter performance and the overall quality and productivity of the staffing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruiters under charge (“Team”) regardless of the assigned accounts/requirements or their positions (Trainee or ARM or anything else) and focus on and improve each recruiter’s productivity
- Responsible for the individual productivity and development of knowledge and skill of each recruiter of the group
- Work towards achieving the targets set in the Incentive scheme
- Coach and galvanize the members to make every team member make at least one placement per month
- Pay special attention to struggling recruiters so as to bring up the average performance of the group closer to 1 placement per month per recruiter
- Train and mold recruiter mindset/skills/knowledge
- Build a stable & productive active recruiting team with minimal attrition (resignation or termination)
- Assist DOMs (Delivery Operations Managers) in covering the requirements by identifying and positioning recruiters idle or under loaded
- Communicate regularly and promptly within the group and with DOMs to maximize production and effectiveness
- Provide resume feedback to enable recruiters understand their mistakes
- Vet the resumes as needed for quality
- Assist in engaging individual recruiters who may be idle by assigning additional requirements based on specific request from DOMs
- Coordinate with other DOMs and RDMs to augment workforce in case of excessive requirement flows within the group of teams
