Role Description:

The role involves managing the critical business reporting function. Business performance data from different teams spread across different countries will have to be collated and then presented to the executive leadership on a regular basis. The role involves extensive interactions and co-ordination between teams spread across different countries. The data so collected will have to be packaged into different business dashboards for publishing as per prescribed MIS calendar (i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and interact with teams across the globe to source business performance data.
• Work with diverse functions such as sales, marketing, finance, project management etc. to ensure timely availability of data in the required formats.
• Verify and validate veracity and accuracy of data provided by global teams and raise red flags as required.
• Create and publish MIS reports and business dashboard as per prescribed MIS calendar (i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly).
• Create and publish trackers as per prescribed timelines to create visibility of critical business metrics to enhance visibility for the executive leadership.
• Support the teams in any activities or tasks that might arise in case of business exigencies.
