To provide the desired support to the Marketing Head in achieving Marketing Goals & Business Objectives.
Conceptualize & implement the marketing strategy for brand & all it’s projects to achieve corporate objectives.
Develop a detailed Campaign Plan with list of key initiatives to be undertaken for rollout of the plan viz. budgeting, schedule management, execution plan and conduct post campaign analysis.
Design the brief for marketing initiatives and project launches including campaign objectives and value proposition.
Work closely with partner agencies on a continuous basis to ensure that ideation and execution is as per the brief and deadlines including marketing collaterals
Review effectiveness of marketing initiatives vs targeted outcomes along with Sales team and fine tune campaign implementation accordingly.
Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, optimize marketing expenses, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
Monitor the competitive landscape regularly and basis insights generated, make required recommendations w.r.t. to design, pricing, customer experience, etc.
Co-ordination with the pre-sales department to drive marketing strategies.
