Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall global marketing objectives.
Analyze global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for digital growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, search engines, email, display advertising) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are culturally and regionally relevant.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
Work closely with content creators to develop and optimize digital content for global audiences.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage and build relationships with global audiences.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to the global marketing team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience 1-2 years in digital marketing, with a focus on global/international markets.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with diverse and global teams.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
