Job Description :

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global International Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to drive successful digital campaigns across various channels. The role requires a dynamic individual who can contribute to our global brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall global marketing objectives. 

  • Analyze global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for digital growth. 

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, search engines, email, display advertising) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion. 

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are culturally and regionally relevant. 

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings. 

  • Work closely with content creators to develop and optimize digital content for global audiences. 

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. 

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage and build relationships with global audiences. 

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. 

  • Provide regular reports and insights to the global marketing team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. 

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.

Skills :

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 

  • Proven experience 1-2 years in digital marketing, with a focus on global/international markets. 

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Experience working with diverse and global teams. 

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
