Being the one-point contact for Relationship Managers to manage client-related activities
which includes account management, transaction execution, and periodic reconciliations,
etc
Proactively managing client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and
professional manner and in line with the established service standards.
Understanding the client’s requirements and managing communications with assigned
clients in line with their expectations.
Ensuring proper documentation for initiating transactions etc
Coordinating account opening documentation for new clients in an organized manner.
Ensuring client accounts are opened as per agreed timelines.
Managing reconciliations on a regular basis which includes a bank, securities, mutual
funds, revenue, etc for internal tracking and control.
Be well versed with the regulatory framework governing the client’s portfolio and keeping
abreast with the latest market development and regulations
