3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, consulting, or investment banking.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director of our Company. The EA will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of business priorities, and enabling the MD to focus on strategic objectives. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


·         Calendar & Schedule Management

o    Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar.

o    Schedule and confirm client and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities.

o    Provide daily/weekly briefings on upcoming commitments.

·         Communication & Coordination

o    Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

o    Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.

o    Follow up on pending action items with clients and internal stakeholders.

o    Contacts Management

·         Travel & Logistics

o    Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transport.

o    Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution.

·         Administrative Support

o    Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.

o    Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, and invoice processing.

o    Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

o    Office Administration and vendor management

o    Co-ordination for Information Technology management

·         Project & Task Management

o    Assist in managing key projects and initiatives.

o    Track deliverables and deadlines across investment banking, strategic advisory, and investor relations activities.

o    Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for meetings, presentations, and client engagements.

·         Other tasks as may be assigned

Qualification :

18, 23

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Commerce or a related field preferred.


· Strong organizational and time management skills 

with the ability to prioritize effectively.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

and professional demeanor.

· Proficiency in English

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Outlook) and calendar management tools.

· High degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·  Zeal to learn and improvise
