Carrying out audit planning including Understanding Client’s business, Client’s control environment, key process understanding, risk assessment, identifying and testing of controls, substantive audit procedures, carrying out analytical review, drafting of management letter, drafting of audit report and finalization of accounts.
Preparing audit programmes, ensuring completion of various types of audits within time & cost parameters.
Conducting verification of books of accounts to detect any possible gap and ensuring that accounts prepared are both reliable and as per the set guidelines.
Understanding audit requirements, observing & validating process, preparing documents, giving recommendations on internal control and process improvement.
Reviewing the client’s existing Internal Control System, discussing the findings with management and recommending appropriate corrective measures.
Involved in reconciliation of various accounts like debtors reconciliation, inter unit reconciliation and review of bank reconciliation statements.
Maintenance of proper records for the purpose of statutory audit.
Confirming compliance with laws, regulations and government guidelines.
