Job Description:

Accounting and Consolidation

  • Prepare IFRS compliant group accounting policy
  • Implement standard chart of accounts across group subsidiaries
  • Review of IFRS across group companies
  • Converting IFRS accounts of subsidiaries from local accounting reports
  • Assist in developing Finance and Accounting Systems
  • Group financial reporting and consolidation under IFRS standard.

Compliance / Audit

  • Assist in global audit
  • Review of monthly transactions for GAAP compliance
  • Release update in reporting templates and accounting policy from time to time.

Reporting/ Filing

  • Preparation of Management MIS
  • Preparation of Finance and Accounting Reports
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing systems

AD-HOC ACTIVITIES

  • Preparing Ad-hoc reports - as required by Management
  • Managing projects of the company as and when required
