Job Description :

We are a multilocational firm having offices in Kolkata, Pune, Jamshedpur , Ranchi and Jaipur. We have an experience of more than 37 years and are a Category I , we have an experience of handling more than 2500 Clients PAN India over so many years. We are now Looking to Strengthen our team so that we can expand in other states. We  are looking for an experienced person who is willing to take the challenging task of establishing a team so that we can increase the work over there. For this we will be requiring a candidate who is willing to grow with us and in the same time have dedication towards the profession and can do quality work. Salary will depend on the candidates ability, quality and ability to deliver the task at hand.

 

  • Independent handling of Audit of  the financial statements of various entities
  • Supervision of team members in Filing income tax and TDS returns and GST returns
  • Understanding of Compliance related to Form 15 CA and 15 CB  under Income Tax act 1961
  • Understanding and handling of Tax Audits and Transfer pricing compliance
  • Preparing financial statements for various entities
  • Ensuring financial compliance with laws and regulatory standards
  • Providing financial advisory services to clients
  • Undertaking assignments of Internal Audits,  
  • Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements
  • Analysing financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth
  • Reviewing budgets, payroll, investments and other finances

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
  • Understanding of tax laws and ability to analyse financial records
  • Proficiency in using accounting and Taxation software like Tally, WINMAN, Compu GST
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance and applicable laws
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify issues and solutions in financial data
