• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Handout employee application forms candidates coming for interviews.
• Answering and forwarding phone calls using EPABX or IP EPABX Systems,
• Arranging couriers and maintaining visitors logbook
• Maintaining courier records, parcels etc.
• Ensuring the reception area is always kept neat and tidy
• Managing housekeeping staff
• Coordinate mail (post) flow
• Coordinate the booking and set up of meeting/training/board rooms as required or requested, including catering requirements.
• Sending in stationary requisition to the entire staff once every month and Process stationery orders on the same.
• Coordinating with IT Team and ensuring that the host service related issues have been fixed.
• General administration support for all Divisions (eg. document printing, collation, word processing)
• Vendor Management.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office software preferred
