Job Description:
Property maintenance: Ensuring that the property is well-maintained, including
landscaping and snow removal.
Tenant management: Screening tenants, managing tenant relationships, and addressing
tenant concerns.
Rent: Collecting rent, setting rent prices, and ensuring that rent
increases are implemented in Accordance with local laws.
Leases: Drafting, signing, and renewing leases on behalf of property
owners.
Security: Securing the property by contracting with a security patrol
service, installing and Maintaining security devices, and establishing and
enforcing precautionary Policies and procedures.
Taxes: Handling taxes.
Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing data and trends.
Market research: Conducting market research to stay current on rental rates and
trends.
Insurance: Overseeing property insurance policies.
