As an Insurance Corporate Sales , your primary role is to drive the growth of the company's insurance products within the corporate sector. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs, and

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. *Prospecting and Client Acquisition:*

   - Identify and target potential corporate clients for insurance products.

   - Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through effective prospecting.

 

2. *Needs Analysis:*

   - Conduct thorough assessments of corporate clients' insurance requirements.

   - Analyze risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

 

3. *Tailored Presentations:*

   - Develop and deliver presentations tailored to address specific insurance needs.

   - Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, and coverage options.

 

4. *Negotiation and Proposal:*

   - Engage in negotiations to ensure competitive and comprehensive insurance proposals.

   - Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to corporate clients.

 

5. *Relationship Management:*

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

   - Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.

 

6. *Policy Implementation:*

   - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.

   - Address any concerns or queries from corporate clients during the onboarding process.

 

7. *Market Awareness:*

   - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

   - Utilize market knowledge to position the company's insurance products effectively.

 

8. *Sales Reporting:*

   - Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

   - Collaborate with the sales management team to analyze performance and strategize for improvement.
