Job responsibilities:
? prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of MD

? collate and manage data and prepare various reports where ich required to management.

? manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
? arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
? record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
? monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
? answer and manage incoming calls
? receive and interact with incoming visitors
? liaise with internal staff at all levels
? interact with external clients
? co-ordinate project-based work
? review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
? conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
? liaise with internal staff at all levels
? interact with external clients
? General Administrations

Strategic-
? design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted assignments
? consistently identify and execute new trends in designated markets.
? consistently build on the internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new knowledge

Business intelligence-
? Preparing various reports(MIS/ PPT)
? Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments,
and market dynamics. liaison with various departments to get deeper knowledge.

Required Specifications:
? Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
? Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and
software
? Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
? Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking
abilities
? Exceptional interpersonal skills
? Friendly and professional demeanor
