programming etc.

Job Description :
- Professional support of local sales engineers and customers for all technical questions:
product selection, develop and integrate customer
-specific drive solutions (system
approach: motor, gearhead, feedback devices, controllers, accessories and third party
mechatronics products).
- Develop and implement customer-specific controller architecture. This comprise of
master slave, different communication bus (CAN, Ethercat & third party), nodes (Rotary
& Linear drives), at different technology platform (NI, Labview….)
- Elaborate technical specifications of custom-made motor / controller solutions (HW)
that are to be developed by the group headquarter in Switzerland.
- Successful Installation and Commissioning of drives at the customer site.
- Gain a deep understanding of the products, their features and functions, Continuous
product training.
- Train local sales engineers and customers: develop professional training modules.
- Responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure and support.
- Implement and run a model shop for local product customization and after-sales
support.
- Should be well conversant with CAD/CAM drawing and should have a hands on
experience. The proficiency level required is excellent.
- Should have good experience in Mechanical assembly of sub systems and systems.
- Should be able to control Quality of Inward and Outward material.
- Model shop infrastructure requirement to be assessed and update on a regular basis
- Should be responsible for Inward/Outward material testing.
- Would be responsible for customer service online and offline support.
- Should be willing to travel across India
